Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for playing a wide range of roles in film, television, and theatre. She is best known for her character as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She's the daughter and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart.
